3. Orders and Payment Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance by LuxeCraft. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Payment terms vary depending on the project scope and will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.

For custom furniture orders, a deposit is typically required before work begins. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your individual contract. All prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, certified checks, and credit cards. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your contract.

4. Design and Manufacturing Process

Our design and manufacturing process involves multiple stages including consultation, design approval, material selection, production, and delivery. Timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and other factors beyond our control.

Changes to approved designs may result in additional costs and extended delivery times. All design changes must be approved in writing and may require additional deposits.

Quality control is maintained throughout our manufacturing process, and all pieces undergo thorough inspection before delivery. However, natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of premium materials and are not considered defects.

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation services are available for most locations. Delivery charges and installation fees will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. We require adequate access to the delivery location and will assess accessibility before finalizing delivery arrangements.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

6. Warranty and Returns

We provide warranty coverage as specified in your individual service agreement. Warranty periods vary by collection and are clearly outlined in your contract. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or natural aging of materials.

Custom-made furniture cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item does not meet the agreed specifications. Returns, if accepted, are subject to a restocking fee and must be in original condition.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, patterns, techniques, and proprietary methods used by LuxeCraft remain our intellectual property. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our designs without written permission.

Any custom designs created specifically for a client remain the property of LuxeCraft unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive the right to use the furniture as intended but not to reproduce or commercialize the design.
